Cement concrete batching plant is a combination of many clusters and equipment, these equipment clusters must work together to mix the ingredients: sand, stone, water, admixtures and cement to form a mixture concrete cement.

DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATION OF CONSTRUCTION PLANT
Aggregate from the storage yard is loaded into the hopper by a loader, cement is loaded into the silo from the tank truck by compressed air or from the bag through a vertical screw (or bucket), water is stored in the tank.
The control system and control software ensure that the station operates synchronously, smoothly, safely and with high efficiency.
Quantifying aggregate: aggregate is discharged directly from the aggregate storage hopper into the weighing tank/weigher, the control software will control the opening and closing of the hopper discharge door corresponding to the volume placed in the aggregate.
Quantitative cement: cement from the storage silo is transported through the feed screw into the weighing tank, the control software will control the switching of the screw transmission motor corresponding to the volume placed in the mix.
Water dosing: water from the storage tank is transported by the feed water pump into the weighing tank. The control software will control the switching on and off of the water pump corresponding to the volume placed in the mix.
Liquid additive dosing: Liquid admixtures are dosed by volumetric vessels or Flowmeters, additives from storage tanks are also transported by pumps to volumetric tanks, then through forced feed pumps to accumulate in tanks. Weigh the water (or through the cumulative discharge flowmeter into the water tank).
After finishing the quantitative process, the aggregate is transferred to the mixer by skip + winch / aggregate conveyor, the cement is discharged directly into the XCMG horizontal two-axis concrete mixer, the water is forced to discharge into the mortar through discharge pump at the mixing bowl, the ingredients will be evenly mixed after a certain time and discharged to the conveying device below through the discharge hopper.
